Does not come with batteries. Olympia beer can is used for scale and not included. Condition : Overall decent FOR PARTS ONLY NOT WORKING condition. AM/FM radio does work as well as volume. Antenna telescopes out and is not broken or bent. Cassette deck eject button works however unit does not play, fast forward, rewind or record. Will need repair to work fully. Some surface marks throughout as well as paint spotting on unit and power cord. *Measurements* : Sony CFM-140 measures just over 5 inches tall (not including handle) by just over 12 inches wide (including handle).
